General

tracker.fi and it’s subdomains are an online store for Natlink Oy’s own products and complementary products. tracker.fi online base country is Finland. This may mean that your payment can be subject to foreign transaction.

The payment service is provided by Klarna Checkout, which offers secure and reliable payments. https://www.klarna.com These terms apply to Natlink Oy’s (VAT number: FI09348142) delivery terms. Pricing

In standard, all prices include VAT 24%. The price is shown in Euro (EUR), unless otherwise stated. 

Currency and VAT is calculated in the shopping cart after the user has given his delivery and billing address.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase or change the price, if the ordered product or its price does not correspond to the real market price, e.g. due to the human factor or a technical error in the online store. We reserve the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice. The customer accepts to follow these delivery terms when ordering.

Outside European Union VAT for physical products is 0% and customer will pay local taxes to the local authorities unless other is stated. Taxes will be removed in the cart after customer have given the billing/delivery address located in those countries mentioned above. 

We recommend you to contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion, as some countries have thresholds where no import taxes or duty fees will need to be paid.

If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Electronically shipped products

Electronically supplied services such as application subscriptions and SIM-card subscriptions are counted as digital services and they are liable to VAT in the country where the consumer is based. Local VAT is automatically calculated in the shopping cart after giving the delivery/billing address.

Licenses/Subscriptions, Sim card subscriptions and the software’s additional services are always distributed digitally to the customer’s telephone number. Connecting the software subscription requires that the customer has an activated Ultracom software and enters their telephone number when ordering. After payment, the subscription is automatically linked to the customer’s app.

Delivery time

The delivery time for an order depends on the product’s delivery time and the choice of payment and delivery method. The delivery can be delayed slightly when transferring in advance because the payment must be registered in our account before we can start processing the order. Normally we start processing an order the first business day after it is received, and then the delivery time will be 1-3 business days. The delivery time is stated on the product card for each product. The terms for payment and delivery methods can be found on this page under Delivery methods and Payment methods. The stated delivery times are estimates and do not bind the seller. Natlink Oy is not responsible for any damage and / or extra costs that a delayed delivery causes to the customer.

Customized and custom made products can have significally longer delivery time. This delivery time is indicated on the product page.

Delivery method

We deliver ordered products in most convenient way than possible. For each delivery method, you also see the delivery time and price. Delivery options vary depending on the product and the country where customer is located. Available delivery methods for a specific order are displayed in the shopping cart and the delivery costs are calculated automatically.
If any of the ordered products are not in stock, we will wait for the missing product and deliver all products at the same time when the order is ready for delivery.

Payment method

The payment service is provided by Klarna Checkout, which offers secure and reliable payments. https://www.klarna.com

Available payment methods varies by the country of the customer. Available payment methods are stated after customer has given delivery and billing information in the shopping cart.

Any additional fees are stated for each payment method. The products with an unpaid order are reserved for a maximum of 14 days. Then anyone can buy the products. Some payment methods may require you to register in the Ultracom Ltd’s or a third party’s (eg. payment service provider’s) customer register. The terms of use of the payment service providers can be found on each provider’s website.

Please note that when you buy a service or an app from an app store (App Store, Google Play, etc.), the sales terms and conditions of the app store also apply to the transaction.

Customer returns

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return from the time the item was received. Before returning products, please take contact to our customer by creating a ticket

The products must be returned in saleable condition and in complete packaging. When these conditions are met, the customer can get their money back, if a change of product is not desired. The product is not considered to have been put into use if the customer has handled it exclusively in a way that is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and function. If you are testing the product on a dog, be careful not to soil the product and clean any hair that may have stuck to it. The product may only be tested indoors. If you use a product in the forest as in a normal way, it is considered to have been used in such a way that the right of return no longer applies. If a product has been damaged during transport, we will deliver a new product to the customer free of charge after receiving the damaged package back to the place of dispatch. We are not responsible for any damage caused by a transport-damaged product to the customer. The customer is not granted a unilateral right of return for products that have been manufactured or modified according to his wishes. In the event of cancellation, the buyer will be charged in full for any costs that the order has entailed. Make sure that all returned products are in unopened packaging and that they are in saleable condition. Otherwise, Ultracom Oy reserves the right to charge the costs incurred by the unjustified return, however at least 25€.

The right of return and exchange does not apply to activated digital products, e.g. software, additional software services and similar electronically supplied services.

If the customer has stated a company name when ordering, the product is considered to have been ordered by a company and then the normal right of returning of products referred to in the Consumer Protection Act does not apply.
