Rules and Conditions for Instagram and Facebook Contests. The contests is hosted and managed by Ultracom Oy. By participating in the competition, you also certify that you have taken the picture yourself and own the copyright in the photograph. Ultracom reserves the right to flag and / or remove illegal or otherwise ethically or morally inappropriate photos, as well as such images that may be subject to violation of rights. You must have an open Instagram or Facebook account to participate in the contest. Possible winning tax is paid by the winner. The winners will be notified in the winner picture’s comment field @ultracom_global or in Ultracom’s Facebook site. Winner should contact sales@tracker.fi and inform name, email and telephone number and address where price should be delivered. If the winner will not contact us within seven days, we reserve the right to appoint another winner. Ultracom reserves the right to use the images for marketing purposes. By uploading your image #ultracomadventure, you agree to participate in the competition, our competition terms and the Instagram terms of service. The prize cannot be exchanged for other product or cash. Contest is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
